To schedule a move out, either send an email to apex.janitorial.requests@gmail.com or send a text or voice mail to 325-330-0902 . We will respond with the questions needed like: What time would you like the keys picked up? How many bedrooms and bathrooms? Do you want the package with the carpet/ floor cleaning? What day do you need the apartment completed and ready to move in or for HUD to inspect?
All light globes and light fixtures will be taken down and cleaned.
Door knobs and light switches are disinfected.
Doors are wiped down.
Front and back entrances are swept and cleaned.
Thresholds are cleaned.
Carpets are vacuumed and deodorized.
Hard Flooring is swept and mopped.
Cabinets, shelving, and drawers are cleaned and disinfected.
Toilets, bathtub, showers, and sinks are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized.
Mirrors are cleaned.
Inside windows are cleaned.
Window sills are cleaned.
Countertops are cleaned and disinfected.
Large appliances are pulled out so flooring can be cleaned underneath.
Refrigerator and stove are cleaned using VX5000 steamer so the appliances will look new again.
All lights, plugs, garbage disposals, plumbing, air filter, blinds, screens, and appliances are checked.
You will get an email after the move out of all maintenance issues that need to be resolved
along with the invoice for the project.
We do carpets the correct way and it takes time. We don't mind. You are not charged for time. Carpets are done by the square footage of the apartment specs.
First the carpet is vacuumed four times, even around the edges where dirt piles up. This keeps the carpet cleaning process from making stinky mud from getting embedded into the carpet for good.
Next, we pretreat the carpet to release the grime. We work the stains while the pretreat is soaking in.
Then, we shampoo the carpet. Then we do a couple of rinse cycles with clean water so the carpet does not come out crunchy with residue that just treats future dirt and dust like a magnet. Instead of smelling like a musty old carpet, the apartment will smell clean.
The hard flooring is scrubbed with disinfectant, killing the bacteria causing odors.
Then we use a rotary steam scrubber to make the floors squeaky clean.
You will be amazed for sure!

We will request a reschedule of the move out clean if the electricity or water is turned off.
We will request a reschedule of the move out clean if there is biological contamination that needs to
be taken care of prior to our cleaning such as: blood, vomit, and animal feces.
If large amounts of junk, furniture, or trash were not agreed upon beforehand, a reschedule will be requested.
